MLT’s Startup Careers initiative is designed to help diverse talent in our network, especially Black, Latinx, and Native American (BLNA) women+, discover and thrive in high-growth startup roles. Whether you're simply curious or fully committed to exploring a path in startups, MLT will guide you step-by-step with the frameworks, tools, and network you need to succeed.
What to Expect:
You’ll explore who you are and where you want to go at your own pace, treating yourself as the “startup of you.” You’ll learn how startups work, how they make money, and what it takes to grow in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment.
Along the way, you’ll also discover the rewards and challenges of a startup career from people who work in the startup arena, helping you figure out if this is the right fit for your goals, and how to step into it with confidence.
With each stage of your exploration, you’ll unlock more insights about the hidden codes of startups and additional support from us including coaching and referrals to roles.
